One-on-One instruction provides the most flexibility for the student. This type of class structure allows the speed/progression of learning to match the way the student learns. The instructors are able to utilize real-life examples to demonstrate concepts.
Hands-on Lab environments allow for a class of up to 12 students to work through practice activities to ensure complete understanding and comprehension of the lessons. Classroom environments allow free exchange of ideas and questions that aid students in applying concepts to real-life situations.
Lecture classroom structure is typically used for class sizes larger than 15 people. This allows the instructor to cover the most amount of information in the shortest period of time. Again, class numbers allow for exchange of information and questions, applying the material to real work situations.
